Within this suggested diet, levels of energy intake over the course of these 15 days are not constant. Instead, calories vary between 1200 and 1400. Days that are relatively “strict” are followed by days with more energy consumption. The objective is to minimize the exhaustion that comes from dieting. This diet will not affect your metabolic rhythm, but will reduce both your weight levels reduced and your levels of cholesterol.
