Mask with yogurt
The easiest recipe, recommended for all types of skin, made with just two ingredients. For summer sunburns and generally dry skin. It requires a tablespoon of full-fat yogurt at room temperature, and a tablespoon of honey heated so that the honey becomes liquid. We mix the two and spread them on our face; a quarter of an hour is enough. For very dry skin, double the quantity of honey, and for greasy skin, add some fresh lime to the mixture.
Honey mask
Wet a piece of cloth in warm water and put it on your face gently, in order to open your skin's pores. Spread some honey on your face for 15-20 minutes. Wash your face with warm water and then with cold, for the pores to close. You can repeat this therapy once a week.
Banana mask
to help with our wrinkles. Melt ¼ of a banana until it becomes soft as cream. Spread it over your face and leave it there for quarter of an hour. Rinse with water, warm followed by cold. Finally, wipe your face gently with a towel.
Mask with avocado and carrot
This mask combines avocado, rich in vitamin E, with carrots that have carotene and antioxidants. You will need 1 mashed avocado, 1 carrot, boiled until creamy, half a cup of cream, 1 scrambled egg and 3 tablespoons of honey. Spread over your face, as well as your neck for 10 minutes. A toner applied at the end will retain the shine, and get rid of the smell.
