Anaheim chili pepper
A long, large and usually mild variety of chili pepper, originating in New Mexico. Its tough skin is green; when mature and red, it is called a California red chili pepper. It is edible year-round, although best in the Summer, and commonly used in Mexican and New-Mexican cuisine.
