Baby Potatoes in Rosemary

This potatoe recipe is fast and simple but deliciously  impressive and adds great flavour and aroma as a side dish to any meat.

Ingredients:

20-30 round, baby potatoes
1 cup olive oil
1 tbs rosemary
salt

Procedure:

1.  Wash the potatoes well.

2.  Warm the olive oil in a frying pan and add the potatoes. Stir immediately and cover the pan with a lid.

3.  Fry until potatoes brown.

4.  Remove the pan from the stove and sprinkle the potatoes with rosemary.

5.  Remove the potatoes from the pan with a perforated spoon and place them on a large dish, over kitchen paper to absorb their oil. Sprinkle salt over the potatoes and serve immediately.
