Fresh Goose Liver with Wine from Limnos and Sautéed Granny Smith Apple

Accompanied by the truly original Moschato Alexandrias fresh liver reaches peaks of flavor;
Ingredients:
- 600 gr of fresh goose or duck liver
- Glass of Limnos Moschato wine
- two cooking apples
- butter
- 1 tsp little demi glace
- 1 ½ kilo of Fresh Goose Liver
- 4 cherry tomatoes
- salt and pepper
Procedure:
Place the sautéed apples on the plate, the liver on top and pour over the sauce.
Garnish with pleurotus mushrooms and cherry tomatoes for color.
