Bruschetta with Greek traditional Manouri cheese, figs, honey and walnuts

You will be impressed by the combination of fresh figs and the Greek traditional manouni cheese which along with honey and thyme, smell like Greece!

8 slices of village bread
200 gr. Greek traditional Manouri cheese
8 fresh black figs
½ cup. honey
½ cup. walnuts
Procedure:
Bake the slices of bread on the grill.
Once toasted, spread the Greek traditional manouri cheese, and add a thin sliced fid on top.
Serve by pouring over a spoonful of honey.
