Roasted Fish (Psari psito)

It may seem simplistic to give you a recipe of grilled fish, but in Greece people pride themselves on their grilled fish; there is the perfect grilling point, the best way to clean it and present it, the freshness of the fish. It is one of the meals that often falls in the hands of the males of the family, as they are often the fishermen as well. This dish is all about taste and delicate taste!

Ingredients:

1 fish of your liking, cleaned
oliνe οil
lemon
salt

Procedure:

Wash the fish, and let it strain.

Salt it inside out. If we want we can οil the fish in order not to stick on the grill.

When being baked, baste it with οil and lemon sauce and serve warm.

The fish needs to be turned over two times.

Tips

Use the freshest fish you can find : dorado, stira, black fish, dentex, grouper. saddled bream, sargus
