Olive tapenade with prosciutto and mascarpone

Olive tapenade spread on bread or as a filling in vegetables is the ideal solution for a light and healthy snack
Ingredients:
12 slices prosciutto
12 tsp mascarpone
12 tsp olive tapenade
freshly grated black pepper to taste
12 plain breadsticks (optional)
Procedure:
Place a teaspoon of mascarpone on each of the prosciutto strips followed by a teaspoon of olive tapenade. Sprinkle with pepper and roll up tightly. Serve on top of a grilled slice of baguette.
Tips
Use any sort of cream cheese instead of Mascrpone
