The goat meat becomes extraordinarily tender as it simmers in the sweet tomato sauce.

1 1/2 kg goat meat
1 cup oil
1 onion chopped
1 kg ripe tomatoes chopped
1 piece of cinnamon
4 allspice berries
salt, pepper
Procedure:
1. Sautee the meat with the oil and onion.
2. Add the tomato and spice.
2. Add the salt, pepper and some water, if needed, and allow the food to cook slowly.
Tips
During the month of May, the goat meat is more tender. Serve with frech fries
